Our Pledge
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the machine back to our location. Upon reciept of the machine we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping cost. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to our location and the machine must be recieved undamaged.(damaged meaning other than shipping). We will also offer you a replacement machine of the same model if available. If the machine has been damaged in shipping to you, you are required to notify us at our customer service department within three days and you will be given the information necessary to file a claim with the shipping company. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
