Shipping
These machines are not toys; they are commercial slot machines and as such they are very heavy. Each machine weighs approximately 85 pounds. While they are of commercial grade, care must be taken in the shipping process to avoid damage. When your machine arrives, inspect the box to see if there is any visible damage to the carton. If the carton is not damaged, then chances are the machine made the trip safely and in good condition. If you do see damage to the box upon arrival, then point it out to the shipper and have him make note in his ticket. It is a good idea to save the packaging until you have made sure the machine is working properly. If there is a problem and you need to return the machine, it will be your responsibility to get the machine back to us without any damage. To do so requires the type of packaging the machine was shipped to you in. It is for that reason after each machine is reconditioned; great care is taken to place each machine in a proper shipping carton. Each machine is set into custom Styrofoam bases and then a Styrofoam top is placed on it. Then the machine is bagged and placed into a heavy duty-shipping carton designed especially for that style machine. This system is what allows us to be able to ship these machine with the confidence that each one will arrive safely and in good condition. Should you find a problem with a machine and feel it was due to shipping, please notify us simply by clicking the link above. Send an e-mail and be sure to hold all the shipping material until the shipper has had a chance to inspect the damages.
