Factory Reconditioned Merchandise.
Factory-reconditioned merchandise refers to products that have been removed from service after a very short usage. In some cases new machines have replaced a particular model and machines that have never been used are sent to our re-manufacture. All items will arrive in a special shipping box designed for that machine to protect it from damage during shipping. All machines sold on this site are to be considered reconditioned machines, even if in fact they may never have been placed in service. All machines are inspected to insure that we sell only the highest of quality and condition to our valued customers.

The term reconditioned means high quality. In fact, factory-reconditioned goods have a very low return rate (2%) because they have been checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. The price you pay for a factory-reconditioned item is much lower than at retail, which in many cases reached as high as $3,000.00 to $4,000.00. Warranty information is stated on the product page of every reconditioned product. When you see the term "Reconditioned", you know you're in for a great deal on a fantastic product!

Special Orders - SlotsOfSkill.com will accept special orders on out of stock items with payment in full of machine and a $25.00 non refundable service charge. Upon your request and payment as noted above we will attempt to locate a selected style machine. Should we be unable to locate the subject machine, or upon your request a full refund will be issued less the $25.00 service charge. Should at a later time we locate the desired machine, we will contact you and offer it at the normal cost without any additional service charges.

Return Policy
SlotsOfSkill.com will not accept returns on non-defective merchandise without an approved return order, which must be requested from our Customer Care Department, customersupport@slotsofskill.com. In no cases will shipping charges be refunded if the unit has been shipped. In cases where an order is cancelled before we incur the cost of shipping, consideration will be given to a full refund including any shipping charges.

For Refused Delivery Shipment the original shipping charge will not be refunded. Slotsofskill.com has posted on this site the latest information available on the states where these types of machines can be sold and shipped to private individuals. (See Legal Issues) It is your responsibility to review this information and determine if your shipping location is acceptable. Slotsofskill.com will make every effort to conform to the applicable laws in the subject area, but the final responsibility lies with the purchaser/buyer/customer to determine if the machine is permitted by law in the local, county and state which it is received.

Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Care department via E-mail at customersupport@slotsofskill.com or phone 817 313-8501 or fax to 817 861-2329 within 30 days from date of purchase of merchandise. All returns are subject to approval. No returns will be accepted without SlotsOfSkill.com's knowledge and a return order issued by Customer Care at customersupport@slotsofskill.com

Factory reconditioned merchandise is covered by a (1) one year warranty from the day the consumer purchases the product. Should there be anything wrong with the product within that one year period, SlotsOfSkill.com will repair it or replace it it free of charge at the disgression of SlotsofSkilllace. After the 30 day Satisfaction Policy NO refunds will be given, only product repair or replacements. This policy is only good for the original warranty period and is non transferrible..

Reconditioned merchandise is always clearly listed as such and is always specified as "reconditioned" on any order confirmation, if applicable.

Before returning any item for repair or replacement, you must first contact our Customer Care Department within the warranty period. This can be done via email at customersupport@slotsofskill.com. Customer Care will provide instructions on returning defective items. Please allow up to 24 business days after we receive your return for your replacement or repaired machine to be processed and returned to you. Always return the machine in the original shipping carton to avoid any damages.

Defective Product Returns:
Should the product you purchased be defective upon receipt of shipment, you can contact our Customer Care department to arrange the return shipment and replacement of the product. However, it is your responsibility to inspect the carton to determine if there is any damage due to improper handling during shipping. If shipping damage is possible, please retain all packaging items and contact our customer support for instructions.

Shipping Policy
Most items ship within 2 weeks of payment. Shipment will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS or third party freight companies, however this shipping method will be stated in the product listing. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere internationally (including Canada). Please give us 3 full weeks for delivery before you consider the shipment late. After that period, please contact our customer support.
